Ham Casserole


  • 2 cups cooked cubed ham
  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups rice (after cooking)
  • 1 Cup mushroom soup
  • 1 6oz. carnation milk or 3/4 regular milk (I use carnation)
  • 3 tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen brocoli (run water over to remove ice)
  • About 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)

A note from Elida

Optionally, you "Can ad gren peppers, small can of mushrooms, piments etc if you wish. I used a little less than a can of mushrooms."


Place half of ham mixture in a greased casserole or pan. Place broccoli over ham. then rest of ham and pour the rice, cheese, soup and milk.

Mix cornflakes and butter together. Top with cornflakes and butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 3 minutes or so.
