Scalloped Potatoes


  • 3-4 Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Ham if desired cut into small pieces


Preheat oven 400* Lay the thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish Pour cream over potatoes, should mostly be covered Bake for 1 hour until browned on top
